Behavioral Health Director
Allwell is looking for a Behavioral Health Professional willing to travel to and direct the Morgan County office located in McConnelsville.
Responsible for managing staff and services delivered Morgan County, providing direct clinical, consultation and education services and providing crisis intervention services.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the day-to-day activities of the Morgan County center
- Represents Allwell Behavioral Health Services to various Morgan County community agencies and the general public. Advocates for additional opportunities to provide needed services in the community
- Ensures operations of the center are conducted in compliance with ABHS policies and procedures
- Monitors clinician production and performance.
- Ensures processing of daily emergencies and/or crises as presented at the center
- Administrative supervision of Morgan County center staff
- Ensures timely flow of communication and problem solving with center staff
- Prepares job performance evaluations and job descriptions for center staff as required
- Provides input regarding the center and its staff in regular and special reports as required
- Responsible for providing direct clinical services at the Morgan County center
- Maintains required level of clinical and consultation/prevention services Responds to daily emergencies and/or crises as required
- Documents services provided in the EMR in compliance with ABHS policies and procedures and payer source requirements
- Responsible for ensuring all administrative and service required documentation for the operation of the center is completed and submitted per ABHS policies and procedures
- Five years relevant post-masters clinical practice experience
- Strong problem identification and solving skills
- Strong program planning skills
- Good interpersonal skills
Education/Licensure
- Master’s degree from an accredited program
- Independent Ohio License as an LISW or LPCC with supervisory designation
