Nurse Team Operations Manager

The Nurse Team Operations Manager will primarily have management responsibilities within the Medication Program, overseeing nursing staff from an administrative standpoint, managing productivity, developing policies & best practices, and coordinating operations within the department, often with minimal direct patient interaction; essentially acting as a bridge between clinical practice and administration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited healthcare program
  • Current, active, valid, unrestricted Ohio nursing license is a plus.
  • Preferred 3-5 years of administration experience in a mental health, substance use disorder, or physical health setting with demonstrated leadership and teaching abilities.
  • Must have current valid Ohio Driver’s License and be acceptable to company insurance.
  • Must have solid problem solving/nursing skills.
  • Must be able to work as a team member.
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage a schedule with multiple demands involving clients, colleagues, and the general public.
  • Monitors productivity standards and licensure compliance issues and addresses through established corrective action processes.
