Nurse Team Operations Manager

The Nurse Team Operations Manager will primarily have management responsibilities within the Medication Program, overseeing nursing staff from an administrative standpoint, managing productivity, developing policies & best practices, and coordinating operations within the department, often with minimal direct patient interaction; essentially acting as a bridge between clinical practice and administration.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree from an accredited healthcare program
Current, active, valid, unrestricted Ohio nursing license is a plus.
Preferred 3-5 years of administration experience in a mental health, substance use disorder, or physical health setting with demonstrated leadership and teaching abilities.
Must have current valid Ohio Driver’s License and be acceptable to company insurance.
Must have solid problem solving/nursing skills.
Must be able to work as a team member.
Must be able to prioritize and manage a schedule with multiple demands involving clients, colleagues, and the general public.
Monitors productivity standards and licensure compliance issues and addresses through established corrective action processes.
