Job description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
· Communicate with customers through various channels. (Phone, email, etc.)
· Product Knowledge
· Keep records of all customer interactions.
· Communicate and coordinate with colleagues respectfully and efficiently.
· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
· Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
· Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
· Process orders, forms and requests from customers.
