Patch Sewing Production Associate

If you are a seamstress/tailor, love to sew, or have understanding on how to use a sewing machine, we want to talk with you!
This position is full-time, dayshift Mon.- Fri. and right here in Zanesville, Ohio!

Job Summary:
Patch Sewing Production Associates use a manual sewing machine to sew patches to hats while ensuring proper alignment and quality.
Hours:
Monday-Friday dayshift.
$13.00 per hour
Requirements/Responsibilities
- Sewing experience is essential.
- Seamless sewing of embroidered, and leather patches onto hats.
- Reads and comprehends work orders to ensure patches are accurate to size, color, and placement.
- Re-threads sewing machine when changing orders.
- Familiar with sewing equipment
- Experience in a production environment is very helpful, but not necessary.
- Ability to read and understand measuring tools
- Open to helping with other tasks, or learning new techniques.
- Maintains a clean, organized and safety conscious work area.
Physical demands:
Sitting for duration of shift. Ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. The ability to see details at close range. Able to make foot/ankle movements to use foot pedal on machine. Occasional standing/walking.
