Daily Production Bonuses up to $70 per day!
16.00 per hour + incentive
Shift: 3:30PM-1AM M-F

We are looking for Machine Operators to set up, maintain and operate computerized embroidery machines. You will be responsible for a key part of our company's production.
A great Machine Operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.
On-the-job training is provided, and our #1 goal is for you to be successful at your job.
The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried out smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.
Responsibilities
- Set up machines to start a production cycle
- Control and adjust machine settings
- Reviews work orders.
- Works on specialized orders, of apparel such as hats, shirts, backpacks, beanies ,etc.
- Test operation of machines periodically
- Fix issues that might occur during the shift
- Maintains activity logs
Skills
- Ability to clearly read and comprehend direction
- Strong eyesight and hand/eye coordination (able to see to thread needles)
- Standing, walking, reaching, bending throughout shift
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Capacity to learn and retain information, able to take direction
