Women's History Month Series: Why Do We Still Need Feminism? with Dr. Dev Poling

In this lecture, Dr. Poling will focus on the gaps that exist between men and women across a variety of different domains. These gaps cannot be explained by different abilities or different motivations between men and women. We will look at the role of implicit stereotypes, cognitive biases, and the perpetuation of social roles that maintain a certain status quo in society.
