Voices for Literacy: Creating a Climate for Change

Through a generous partnership between Dollar General and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the City of Zanesville has been selected to receive potential funding to support literacy in our area.

As a business and/or educational stakeholder the community, we invite you to attend an open discussion about the state of literacy in this area on August 8, 2013 at the Zanesville-Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce.   

Representatives from both the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Zanesville-Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce will be in attendance along with representatives from Zanesville City Schools.The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss ways in which potential Dollar General Literacy Foundation funding can work to support existing literacy efforts in our schools.
