Sterling Transitional Suites is hosting a free monthly educational seminar to the community. The Healthy Living Wellness Series will be held the third Wednesday monthly at 3pm through December. September’s presentation, titled “Learning on the Move—Movement/Brain Connection” will be presented by Sterling Suites Therapy Department.
