Pairings Dinner of Local Foods at Terra Cotta Vineyards

Pairings, Ohio's Wine & Culinary Center, in conjunction with Ohio Wine Producers and Terra Cotta Vineyards is sponsoring a cooking demonstration and dinner of local foods April 5th. Chef Bill Bird will prepare a 4 course "tapas" meal, with each course paired with a Terra Cotta wine. The dinner will benefit the Culinary Center planned in Northeast Ohio.
