The MCBI Regional Kitchen Incubator’s mission is to support the development of uplifting, meaningful, community-based business and employment opportunities in the areas of sustainable local food supply and preparation.

We offer long or short-term professional kitchen leases at reasonable rates and on a flexible time-share basis.  Food entrepreneurs become “legal” by working in a professional space inspected by government sources responsible for the certification of commercial kitchens and support the USDA and FDA regulations.

MCBI provides assistance in: Product Development, Ingredient Sourcing, Packaging and labeling, Shelf Life Information, Nutrition Analysis, Marketing Strategies, Licensing Compliance and Business Development to name a few.
