The Muskingum Valley Council (MVC) is a local chapter of the Boy Scouts of America. The MVC BSA units are located in east central and southeastern Ohio, and north West Virginia. We have units in Coshocton, Guernsey, Knox, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry, Tuscarawas Counties, and Pleasants County, WV!
