Sweet Gestures: A Force For Good

“Sweet Gestures: A Force For Good” is the 2nd annual gesture drawing fundraiser of Goodcity Creatives (Community Development Corp). Sweet Gestures will be held on Saturday, May 4th at 5:30 p.m. at the Muskingum County Welcome Center. Learn something new and try your hand at gesture drawing or watch artists at work, buy tickets for great door prizes like Star Wars Collector's items and a Raymond Ramos original, and grab a sweet treat, and mingle with other community members - all for a good cause.

Our "Force for Good" (Star Wars) theme reflects our May 4th date and the “May the 4th Be With You” sentiment that is popular, and that our desire is to be a force for good in our community. This fundraiser is a combination of community fun, artistic skill building activity, networking, and support of arts education all rolled into one. All proceeds will help us provide the free and low-cost programming that we offer to our community throughout the year. Tickets are just $20.00 and can be purchased ahead of time by visiting our website goodcitycreatives.com, or in person at The Muskingum County Welcome Center and ZAAP Gallery.
