“Intro” Meeting- The Strengths Finder 2.0 book and testing is designed to uncover certain key talents -- patterns of thought, feeling, and behavior that can be productively applied. Participants will receive a free copy of the book.
*SF2.0- Participants will learn about their own “personality strengths” and how to maximize them in the workplace. Additionally, they will learn how to coordinate employee “personality strengths”. Leaders with this skillset can reduce employee “burnout and turnover”, increase productivity and moral, leading to a more successful employee team.
*Diversity- This session will offer conversation and insight to ‘learned behaviors” and overcoming subtle prejudices and misconceptions of peoples who are not “like us” resulting in leadership skills that offer understanding from within and from those who subject to prejudices.
